Welcome to Freckled Frohlich Photography!

When I was 8 years old, I saved my allowance and purchased a little Kodak camera – remember the thrill of winding the film?  My first photos were of my dog, and my cousin’s shiny new red Trans-Am.

It is my privilege and goal to capture joyful and emotive photographs that capture who you are, what you are passionate about, and who you love.

As a keen and quiet observer, I prefer simple to grand, classic to flashy, quiet to showy, and authentic to fancy, while capturing moments both big and small.  I aim to show the fun and beauty that I believe exists in each person, event or place, and to search for the light.  This is what, along with my two freckled Frohlichs, inspires my work.  I am honoured to preserve those important and fleeting moments in time, and to turn your memories into  art that will last forever.
